Sen. Mitch McConnell has urged the U.S. Supreme Court to throw out contribution limits, something that would put a “For Sale” sign on the front yard of the U.S. Capitol.

Yesterday, McConnell presented that view directly to the Court during oral arguments in McCutcheon v. FEC. The outcome of this case will determine if a "super limit" of $117,000 on large donors will remain the law of the land.
