The mission of the MCDO Black Caucus
- To maximize the participation of Black residents of Middlesex County in the American political system at all levels of government; and
- To provide leadership in developing, advocating, and ensuring the implementation of public policies that support the needs, aspirations, and progress of Black People; and
- To provide an opportunity for networking with other organizations that share our same vision.
