Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to McGarvey Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
The McGarvey Victory Fund is a joint fundraising committee for Morgan McGarvey for Congress, his Leadership PAC ("Not So Old Fashioned PAC"), and the Kentucky Democratic Party. For individual contributions, the first $3,300 of a contribution will go to the primary election for Morgan McGarvey for Congress, the next $3,300 will go to the general election for Morgan McGarvey for Congress, the next $5,000 will go to his Leadership PAC, "Not So Old Fashioned PAC", and anything above that will go to the Kentucky Democratic Party, up to the legal limits.
A contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by emailing blake@morganmcgarvey.com. The allocation formula above may change if following it would result in an excessive contribution.
