Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to Alsobrooks Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
a) Any single individual contribution or federal non-multicandidate political action committee (“PAC”) contribution shall be distributed to the Participants in the following order, up to the maximum allowed under FECA: 1. Alsobrooks for Senate Primary Election, up to $3,300; 2. Alsobrooks for Senate General Election, up to $3,300; 3. AlsoPAC, up to $5,000. b) Any federal multicandidate PAC contribution shall be distributed to the Participants in the following order, up to the maximum allowed under FECA: 1. Alsobrooks for Senate Primary Election, up to $5,000; 2. Alsobrooks for Senate General Election, up to $5,000; 3. AlsoPAC to $5,000.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting josie@bluewavepolitics.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
