Contributions to Alsobrooks Victory Fund will be allocated as follows: Alsobrooks Victory Fund is a joint fundraising committee composed of Alsobrooks for Senate, AlsoPAC, and the Democratic State Central Committee of Maryland (collectively, the “Participants”). The Participants hereby agree that all contributions to Alsobrooks Victory Fund permissible under the Federal Election Campaign Act, as amended, 52 U.S.C. § 30101 et seq. (“FECA”), will be allocated among the Participants from the net fundraising proceeds as permitted by FECA and according to the following allocation method set forth in this Schedule: a) Any single individual contribution or federal non-multicandidate political action committee (“PAC”) contribution shall be distributed to the Participants in the following order, up to the maximum allowed under FECA: Alsobrooks for Senate, up to $3,300; Democratic State Central Committee of Maryland, up to $10,000; and AlsoPAC, up to $5,000. b) Any federal multicandidate PAC contribution shall be distributed to the Participants in the following order, up to the maximum allowed under FECA: Alsobrooks for Senate, up to $5,000; Democratic State Central Committee of Maryland, up to $5,000; and AlsoPAC, up to $5,000. A contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant. Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting josie@bluewavepolitics.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
