Moms Demand Action - Essex County
I recently joined Moms Demand Action as I was tired of sitting on the sidelines as our elected leaders failed to enact common-sense laws to reduce gun deaths in the United States. As a mother of two young children, I hate the fact that they need to sit through "lock-down" drills in their schools, and as a woman I am appalled that every month 50 women are shot to death by their intimate partners.
