MDC Iowa

Help support racial equity and economic justice

Our community is strong and we can make it even stronger, together. Every single person has the power to change the world for someone else. A $50 donation can change the life of a student in our community that still does not have access to resources and technology. Thanks to a generous private donor each donation made during Giving Tuesday will be matched up to $50,000.

MDC Iowa is committed to addressing the digital divide and providing access to tools, technology, and learning experiences that should be a basic human right. Our programs help improve educational outcomes and create pathways in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) for all students with an emphasis on the underserved in our communities which are disproportionately black and brown students of low socioeconomic backgrounds.

Each of us has a superpower that can be used to make a difference - your time, your kindness, your skills, your voice are all things you can give in addition to a charitable donation. Together we are better, and together we can make a difference.
