The Massachusetts Democratic Party's 2025 State Convention, scheduled for Saturday, September 13th in Springfield, is a pivotal event where delegates from across the Commonwealth convene to shape the party's platform and strategies for the upcoming elections . The convention fee contributes directly to the costs of organizing this significant gathering, including venue rental, logistics, and materials necessary for a successful event. By paying the convention fee, participants ensure that the party can continue to host inclusive and effective conventions that empower grassroots voices and drive progressive change throughout Massachusetts.​

Contribution rules

  1. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
  2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  3. I am at least eighteen years old.
  4. I am not a federal contractor.
  5. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Federal law prohibits contributions to the committee from corporations, labor organizations and national banks; from any person contributing another person's funds; from foreign nationals who lack permanent resident status; and from federal government contractors. Federal law requires political committees to use their best efforts to obtain and report the name, address, occupation, and employer for individuals whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 in a calendar year.
