  3. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
Contributions and or gifts to the Maryland Democratic Party are not tax deductible. Candidate accounts and State PACs can transfer $6,000 per election cycle to another Maryland Campaign account. Individuals, corporations, associations and partnerships can contribute no more than $6,000 to one Maryland state campaign account during the four- year cycle. The current cycle began on January 1, 2023 and will end December 31, 2026. Corporate contributions are allowed by state law.
