As a parent of three children in our district and a substitute teacher with a Master’s degree in Education, I have had the opportunity to see our schools from two important perspectives: as a mother who wants the very best for her children and as an educator working alongside the dedicated teachers and staff who serve our students every day.

I’m running for School Board because I believe it’s time to put the focus back where it belongs—on students.

Our schools should be places where every child feels safe, supported, challenged, and prepared for the future. Decisions made by the School Board should be guided by what helps students learn and succeed, not by political agendas or distractions that take time, energy, and resources away from our classrooms.

I believe in getting back to the basics: strengthening academic achievement, supporting excellent teachers, ensuring every student has access to a well-rounded education, and giving parents confidence that their voices are being heard. I am especially committed to improving support for students receiving special education services and ensuring every child has the opportunity to reach their full potential.

Together, we can restore trust, support our educators, strengthen our schools, and ensure every student has the opportunity to thrive.
