The Power of One!
If anyone ever tells you their vote doesn't matter or that one person can't make a difference- please remind them of our grassroots movement that inspired others to step into their power! That one vote secured my seat and helped me become the 1st Afro-Latina in Boston City Council history.

As a 1st time candidate the odds were against us but despite the odds and without sending not even ONE mailer we managed to win our election by ONE single vote and the power of everyONE continues to fuel our movement.
Can you believe- we haven't gotten comfortable in this seat yet and we are already gearing up for my re-election campaign? Well- buckle up because it's going to take #AllMeansAll to drive home the message that those living the realities need to be at the table.
