Mid-Hudson Valley DSA

Fund Our Summer Organizing to Take Over Central Hudson!

Taking over a corporate monopoly and replacing it with a publicly-owned utility that serves the people is no small task. But if it's anything we at Mid-Hudson Valley DSA have learned from already winning big things—from electing the first democratic socialist in the state legislature outside of New York City to passing the Build Public Renewables Act—it is that strategic organizing makes big things possible!

This summer, we need to raise at least $3,000 to pay for phone banking tools, town hall venues, printing materials, and other miscellaneous items to continue building support for the Hudson Valley Power Authority Act (A02127 Shrestha/S02026 Hinchey)—state legislation that would create the first model utility designed for the 21st century in the state of New York! Donate what you can now!
