Help me fight for a San Francisco where everyone can afford to stay.
I am a queer, second-generation Vietnamese American, son of refugees, renter, and drag performer who co-founded QTAPI Week and helped organize the 2021 LGBTQ March for Asian Lives. I’m not a machine candidate. I’m someone who has spent 20 years building power from the margins, not the boardroom.
I pushed for the SF Drag Laureate and advocated for LGBTQI+ Intergenerational Social Housing while I was appointed to the SF Human Rights Commission, turning advocacy into actual city policy. I’ve voted on the DCCC to protect trans sanctuary protections and opposed a mayor's budget putting trans people and immigrants on the chopping block.
I'll be the first person of color and drag performer to represent this historic district, as well as the first Vietnamese American to serve on the Board of Supervisors.
And I can do the job. I’m the only candidate in this race who has held elected office. I’m a patent attorney with two decades of legal and policy expertise. I know how to build coalitions, read a budget, and move legislation. Harvey Milk said our job is to give people hope. I’m running to deliver on that promise.
San Francisco became my home. Now it's slipping away from too many families.
I'm running for District 8 Supervisor to change that.
I'll fight for:
I've spent 20 years organizing in LGBTQ+ and AAPI communities. I turned around GAPA when it was about to shut down. I'm a staunch advocate for rent control—without it, I wouldn't have been able to build my life in San Francisco.
As your Supervisor, I will leverage my legal expertise to draft effective legislation and my organizing experience to build the coalitions necessary for meaningful change.
This campaign is about more than one seat on the Board of Supervisors. It's about who gets to call San Francisco home.
Will you chip in to help build a San Francisco that's home for everyone?
