If you are mailing a check, please include your home address and your employer’s name (not your occupation) and address. If you are self-employed, please indicate your business address and occupation. State law requires us to collect this information.

  1. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
  2. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
  3. I am at least eighteen years old.
  4. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
Rhode Island campaign finance law limits individual contributions to $2,000 per person per calendar year. The information requested is required by state law. You must include your legal name and the name of your employer (not your occupation). If you are self-employed, you must indicate your business address when asked for employer address.
