As a choir director in Chippewa Valley Schools since 2012, Michelle Levine-Woodman knows the everyday struggles that our children and families face. Michelle has built her classroom and career around a culture of respect and understanding. This has led to opportunities for real, impactful connection with her students, skills that will be invaluable as she creates those same connections with voters.
Michelle looks forward to using her experience with the Michigan Education Association to continue to advocate for public education across our district. Supporting our educators helps them prepare students for their future life outside the classroom. Our society only works when everyone is represented; Michelle will continue the fight for the working class, quality public education, and equality for all. In a time when politicians aim to divide us, Michelle intends to bring people together by working towards one objective: making our community its best.
Michelle promises to listen to all her constituents and vote for policies that reflect the needs of her neighbors in the 62nd District.
