Contribution rules
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
Contributions to Michigan Battleground Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
The first $10,500 of each contribution from a person and the first $15,000 from a multicandidate committee (“PAC”) will be split evenly, up to legal limits, between Kristen for Michigan, Sean McCann for Congress, and Christina for Congress (the “Candidate Committees”), and be designated for the general election. Any of these funds allocated to any Candidate Committee that would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully donate will be allocated to the Michigan Democratic State Central Committee. The next $10,000/$5,000 of each contribution from a person/multicandidate PAC will be allocated to the Michigan Democratic State Central Committee.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting mbvf@acuitypolitics.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
