The Fundraising State of Play


According to all available sources, Republicans have a MASSIVE fundraising advantage right now. But we can change that. We know times are tight and people are looking for strategic ways to donate for 2026. So we sifted through the data to determine which TOSS-UP Midterm seats are lagging most in fundraising.


Five Flippable House Seats That Need Investment


Looking at the House, we:


  • Identified the most flippable, Republican-held House seats (currently Senate Dems are raising well and don't need as much help).
  • Looked at fundraising totals for both Democrats and Republicans in those races.
  • Picked the five contests with the biggest fundraising gaps for Democrats.


The five seats: NY-17, IA-01, CA-22, WI-03, CO-08.


Each donation to this ActBlue fund is spread evenly among the five races. Because the primaries are still happening for a while, these are special ActBlue Nominee Funds that hold the money and deploy it as soon as primaries are over so that the nominees have a war chest right out of the gate.

We highly recommend folks set up monthly recurring donations to these five races so that Dems can catch up to their Republican incumbents.
