The Fundraising State of Play


According to all available sources, Republicans have a MASSIVE fundraising advantage right now. But we can change that. We know times are tight and people are looking for strategic ways to donate for 2026. So we sifted through the data to determine which Midterm seats are lagging most in fundraising.


Four Senate Seats That Need Investment


Looking at the Senate, we:


  • Identified the most flippable, Republican-held Senate seats. (Yes, the Senate is hard. But hard is not impossible.)
  • We also looked at the most critical races that we need to HOLD.
  • Looked at fundraising totals for both Democrats and Republicans in those races.
  • Picked the five contests with the biggest fundraising gaps for Democrats.


The four seats: Alaska, Maine, Iowa and Michigan.


Each donation to this ActBlue fund is spread evenly among the four races.

We highly recommend folks set up monthly recurring donations to these four races so that Dems can catch up to their Republican incumbents.
