In Honor of Paul Booth
It is with deep sadness that we share the news of the death of our board member, Paul Booth, husband of board chair Heather Booth. Paul became a national leader in the labor movement, retiring only last year from AFSCME after a long career dedicated to justice for working people, and all people across the globe.
Those wishing to send condolences are asked, in lieu of flowers, to contribute to Midwest Academy. Paul was a Midwest Academy Board Member, committed to working with us to train leaders and develop a power building strategy for justice and democracy. He will be truly missed.
