Why am I making this choice?

I believe this is the best way I can honor my family’s American story and my lifelong passion for public service.

Every American-born generation of my family has served in the U.S. military—from World War II to my own service in Korea, Iraq, and Afghanistan. Public service has been my life’s purpose, from volunteering in high school to my ongoing legal advocacy for the vulnerable in San Antonio. And after 20 years in the Army, I chose to make my military service a stepping stone for a second career as a legal assistance attorney—helping those in tough times and narrowing the justice gap.

How can you help?

Running for office is a heavy lift for a first-time candidate, and I need your support to make this possible.

• Immediate Goal: I’m working to raise $50,000 in the coming months to cover organization and launch expenses and to show prospective donors and volunteers that they should take my campaign seriously.
• Long-Term Goal: I anticipate needing $100,000 to be competitive through the March 2026 primaries and $300,000 to secure the seat in November 2026.

Why does this matter?

This campaign is about more than just me—it’s about us and what we should expect from our leaders. I promise to remain the person my friends have always known: someone who values character, integrity, and service above all else.
