Contributions or gifts to Missouri Democracy Project PAC are not deductible as charitable contributions.
ActBlue charges approximately 3.95% for processing the contribution and deducts that from the amount transmitted to Missouri Democracy Project PAC.
The remaining 96.05% of the contribution benefits Missouri Democracy Project PAC.
Contribution rules
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
By proceeding with this transaction:
1. If you are an individual donor, you affirm that you (i) are a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident and (ii) have not knowingly or willfully accepted funds, directly or indirectly, of more than $10,000 from one or more prohibited sources* within four years of making this donation.
2. If you are an entity donor, you affirm the entity: (i) is organized pursuant to U.S. or state law, the U.S. is its principal place of business, and is wholly or majority owned by U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents, and (ii) has not knowingly or willfully accepted funds, directly or indirectly, of more than $10,000 from one or more prohibited sources* within four years of making this donation.
*“Prohibited sources” means “contributions from or expenditures by a foreign national made with the intent to use such funds to influence an election on a ballot measure.”
Furthermore, you affirm the same for each future donation and you acknowledge that you will notify the organization if in the future a relevant factor changes.
ActBlue assesses a service fee of 3.95% on each contribution. Missouri Democracy Project PAC will receive 96.05% of the contribution and ActBlue will receive 3.95% of the contribution.
