Evening Reception For Marcy Kaptur
We are delighted to invite you to a special reception benefiting Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur.
For decades, Rep. Kaptur has been a steadfast advocate for the working families of Ohio’s Ninth Congressional District and is the longest-serving woman in the history of the United States Congress.
Last year, Rep. Kaptur secured re-election by less than one percentage point, underscoring just how competitive her race has become. Following Ohio’s latest redistricting process, the district shifted from Trump +7 to Trump +11, making it one of the most closely watched congressional contests in the country. The Cook Political Report currently rates the race a toss-up, and protecting this seat will be critical to Democratic efforts in 2026.
