Marcie Kaptur - 9th District - Ohio


Marcie Kaptur is the longest serving woman In the House of Representatives. As a senior member of the Appropriations Committee. She has leveraged her position to support traditional Democratic values. Her seat is  vulnerable because the Ohio legislature gerrymandered her district’s boundaries to make it more competitive for Republicans.
