You can use this form to make a one-time donation, become a brand-new member, or renew your existing and expired memberships.

Monthly Sustaining Option 馃挋
Becoming a monthly sustainer is more than just a donation. It is an investment in our democracy, our hard-working candidates and volunteers, and core Democratic values. Consistent monthly contributions play a vital role in making sure our vision of a Wisconsin for all reaches every corner of Milwaukee County.
Sustaining donors' contributions stay ultra local. Every dollar is used right here in Milwaukee County to:
- Support candidates in local elections
- Advertise to find more volunteers
- Organize year-round to engage voters
- Stand up to far-right disinformation
Monthly Sustainers are registered as members of both the Democratic Party of Milwaukee County and the Democratic Party of Wisconsin 馃挋
For One Time Per Year Member Option, select "Donate Once"
This annual fee includes membership to the Democratic Party of Milwaukee County and the Democratic Party of Wisconsin.
- $35 per year for couples or family (members 14+)
- $25 per year for general individual membership
- $10 per year for student, senior, or limited-income membership
One Time Donation Option 馃挼
To make a one-time donation without purchasing a membership, enter an alternative amount and choose the "No, donate once" option.
Contribution rules
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
