Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to MN NV WA WI Victory will be allocated as follows:
The first $26,400/$40,000 of each contribution from a person/multicandidate PAC will be split evenly between Friends of Maria, Klobuchar for Minnesota, Tammy Baldwin for Senate, and Rosen for Nevada (each a “candidate”). The first $3,300/$5,000 of a person's/multicandidate committee's contribution to each candidate will be designated to the primary election; the second $3,300/$5,000 will be designated to the general election, unless the primary election has already occurred, in which case the contribution will be considered designated only to the general election. Any of these funds that would result in an excessive contribution for Friends of Maria will be allocated to the Washington State Democratic Central Committee; any of these funds that would result in an excessive contribution to Klobuchar for Minnesota will be allocated to the Minnesota Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party; any of these funds that would result in an excessive contribution to Tammy Baldwin for Senate will be allocated to the Wisconsin Democratic Party; any of these funds that would result in an excessive contribution to Rosen for Nevada will be allocated to the Nevada State Democratic Party. The next $40,000/$20,000 of each contribution from a person/multicandidate PAC will be split evenly between the Washington State Democratic Central Committee and the Minnesota Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party. Friends of Maria does not accept PAC contributions and Klobuchar for Minnesota does not accept corporate PAC contributions or contributions from federally registered lobbyists.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting zamore@capcompliance.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
