I'm Colonel Moe Davis, and I'm running for Congress to put working families and Mountain values back atop our nation's agenda.

When Hurricane Helene hit, I grabbed my chainsaw and joined my neighbors – clearing trees off of roads and driveways. There were thousands of us, and no one asked who was a Democrat or who was a Republican.

As a Western North Carolina native, I've always stood for fairness, integrity, and doing what's right, even when it comes at a personal cost. Those are our values – Mountain values.

I spent 25 years in the service as a JAG lawyer and Chief Prosecutor at Guantanamo Bay, and I drafted charges against the mastermind of 9/11. As a judge, I've ruled on major discrimination and labor cases that protected working people. 

Now, I refuse to sit back now to watch a bunch of billionaires and corporations wreck what it's taken our families generations to build. I'm tired of politicians in Washington stealing your healthcare and taking food away from children and seniors. Join me – we have work to do!
