OUR FIRST YEAR AGENDA

Throughout our first twelve (12) months of operating, The MOGUL Initiative has created some aggressive goals as we work to meet our mission of combatting four cores systematic issues facing minority communities: 

(1) Lack of Access To Capital

(2) Educational Disparities

(3) Economic Inequality

(4) Community Safety

Our goal is to provide full transparency on how your donation contributes to our mission of building generational wealth for minority families and communities of color. With $250,000 in donations and grants this year, our commitment is to achieve the following: 

• Fund two (2) to three (3) minority-owned businesses. Also, provide each entrepreneur with marketing, website, and business consultant. 

• Launch the YOUNG MOGUL scholarship program and award two to four minorities of low-income families with scholarships and/or grants to attend college or obtain advanced career training. 

• Help 50 to 100 minority business owners scale their company and plan for 2022 free of charge. 

• Hold five (5) MOGULS Empowered seminars in minority communities - equipping 100+ minorities with financial literacy tools, including building credit/credit repair, budgeting, and investing. 
• Community initiatives to give back, including back-to-school drives in minority communities.
