Dr. Moise Bio

Dr. Rudy Moise is a physician, retired U.S. Air Force Colonel, and longtime community leader running for Congress as a Democrat in South Florida.

After immigrating to the United States from Haiti, Dr. Moise built a medical practice serving underserved communities and spent more than 20 years as a Flight Surgeon in the U.S. Air Force Reserve. He later earned both an MBA and a law degree from the University of Miami, giving him firsthand experience in health care, business, and public policy.

Dr. Moise has dedicated his life to service — from expanding access to care for working families, to leading during crises, to decades of civic and community involvement. He has been recognized nationally for his humanitarian work, including receiving the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award for volunteerism and community service.

Dr. Moise is running for Congress to lower costs for working families, protect our democracy, and restore integrity and accountability to government. He is a proven leader with the experience, values, and community roots to win and to serve effectively in Congress.
