- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
Contributions to Montaño Searles 4 Phoenix are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. An individual may contribute up to $6,650 per election cycle and a couple may contribute up to $13,300 per election cycle. Regular PACs may contribute up to $6,650, and PACs that are certified as Mega PACs may contribute up to $13,300. All PACs must be registered with the Maricopa County Recorder or Arizona Secretary of State as a standing committee in order to contribute.
