I am Gabriel Moreno and I’m running for Delegate because District 13 deserves a leader who will fight for every family, no matter where they come from or what challenges they face.

Inspired by my parents, who came to this country with little more than hope, I have dedicated my career to fighting for immigrant rights. For over 10 years as a civil rights attorney, and now as CEO of an immigration nonprofit, I’ve stood alongside families and workers in their pursuit of dignity and opportunity.
