Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions or gifts to Nancy Pelosi Victory Fund are not tax deductible.
The first $11,600/$15,000 of each contribution from a person/multicandidate committee will be allocated as follows: 50% to DCCC’s general fund (up to $8,300/$10,000) and 50% to Nancy Pelosi for Congress (up to $3,300/$5,000) for use in the general election. The next $280,800/$95,000 will be allocated to DCCC as follows: the first $33,000/$5,000 to the general fund; and the next $247,800/$90,000 to the recount or building fund, in DCCC’s sole discretion
A contributor may designate their contribution for a particular participant. The allocation formula above may change if following it would result in an excessive contribution.
