Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
The allocation for funds raised under this Agreement will be as follows:
The first $4,000 of a contribution from a person or multicandidate committee will be allocated to Serve America PAC unless the donor has otherwise earmarked or instructed Moulton Leadership Fund to allocate their contribution to Serve America PAC - Restricted.
The next $2,000 of a contribution from a person or multicandidate committee will be allocated to Moulton for Congress for the 2020 general election.
The next $1,000 of a contribution from a person or multicandidate committee will be allocated to Serve America PAC unless the donor has otherwise earmarked or instructed Moulton Leadership Fund to allocate their contribution to Serve America PAC - Restricted.
The next $800 of a contribution from a person other than a multicandidate committee, or the next $3,000 of a contribution from a multicandidate committee will be allocated to Moulton for Congress for the 2020 general election.
The next $2,800 of a contribution from a person other than a multicandidate committee, or the next $5,000 of a contribution from a multicandidate committee will be allocated to Seth Moulton for America, Inc. for 2020 primary election debt retirement.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
