Nikitas "Nick" Moustakas is a first-generation immigrant from Greece and a resident of Mount Laurel for over ten years, where he lives with his family. He currently serves as Deputy Mayor.
He is the founding member and the managing partner of Moustakas Nelson LLC, a boutique law firm based in Haddonfield, New Jersey. His legal practice focuses on corporate and business counseling, information technology, healthcare, homeowner associations, estate planning, estate administration and other transactional business representation for clients ranging from individuals and startups to publicly-traded institutions. He recently served as a Trustee of the Burlington County Bar Association and the Co-chair of the Burlington County Bar Association Corporate/Business Law Committee.
Nikitas has spent his life giving back to his community in various capacities including fundraising for numerous organizations including healthcare institutions.
Nik has held several appointments including being a Board Member of the Inspire Health Network Foundation, a Board Member of Capital Health System Foundation and a Board Member of the American Lung Association. Currently, he is the President of the American Hellenic Lawyers Association and the Vice President of the Southern Chapter of the Hellenic Federation of New Jersey. In addition, Nikitas is incredibly proud to support scholarships for students in the Philadelphia, New York and Southern New Jersey community to attend college.
Nikitas has earned his Master’s in Business Administration, his Juris Doctor degree, and his LL.M. in Taxation.
