Marijuana Policy Project

This is our best chance to pass federal cannabis legalization in over half a century -- but we MUST take action.

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer has introduced legislation to end federal cannabis prohibition, which is a big deal. But there’s still a long way to go before it becomes law.

If we get complacent and don’t sustain our hard-fought momentum, leaders in Washington will assume that cannabis legalization just isn’t that big of a priority for their constituents. Instead, we need to show our leaders that Americans are ready to end cannabis prohibition once and for all.

At MPP, we have a proven track record of getting cannabis legalization passed -- we’ve done it in nearly a dozen states across the country. We know what it takes to get a bill across the finish line -- but we need the resources to do it. Will you chip in now to support our fight for federal legalization?
