Strike fund to support Mount Nittany workers advocating for quality care and quality jobs
We are the almost 1,000 frontline workers behind the award-winning care that has made Mount Nittany Medical Center a trusted name in our community. It takes all of us to keep this hospital running, but many of us who make care possible are struggling to keep up with the skyrocketing costs of living in Centre County. While workers are hurting, Mount Nittany is experiencing record profits and expansion.
We have tried to negotiate with Mount Nittany executives since April, but they still haven't agreed to invest in all workers essential to quality care. Mount Nittany workers made the difficult decision to strike, a major sacrifice for ourselves and our families during record inflation. Please contribute to our strike fund to help support hospital workers as we advocate for our patients, our community, and each other.
