We The People gave the State limited authorization to run a state wide lottery in order to reduce the cost of higher education and make it more affordable for our state's talent.
Since the lottery's inception, the cost of higher education has not come down but has gone up. I believe this is a symptom of corruption and has resulted from a combination of increased spending by our state colleges, fraud, waste and abuse including at the lottery commission itself.
As Governor, we are going to eliminate fraud, waste and abuse and hold the line on the cost of tuition so that the next generation can fulfill the plan and purpose for their lives.
I am the only candidate who is NOT a Politician and is Committed to restoring Servant Leadership to South Carolina.
This campaign will be taking on a political and financial machine that backs corrupt politicians. I understand how hard you work for your money and cannot tell you how much I appreciate any level of donation to help protect our students and their families.
