Contribution rules

  1. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
  2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  3. I am at least eighteen years old.
  4. I am not a federal contractor.
Contributions to My Body PAC are not tax-deductible. Federal law requires us to collect the name, address, occupation, and employer of individuals who contribute over $200 in a calendar year. My Body PAC is an independent expenditure-only political action committee (Super PAC) and operates independently of any candidate or party. Contributions to My Body PAC are used exclusively for advocacy, organizing efforts, and supporting reproductive justice initiatives. There are no contribution limits for individuals or organizations.
