One year ago today, Never Again Action was born. Hundreds of us marched on the Elizabeth Detention Center, putting our bodies on the line to declare that Never Again means Never Again for anyone.
And that was just the beginning. City after city, state after state, thousands of us took our tears and our rage and did (a small part of) what needed to be done. We’ve gone straight to the detention centers at the heart of this monstrous system and shut them down, taken on the politicians that allow ICE to operate, and the businesses that help ICE kidnap our neighbors for profit. Even the pandemic hasn’t stopped us from doing (COVID-safe car) actions. And we have so much more to do.
We launched this movement alongside our close partners Movimiento Cosecha. We know we're only in this fight because of them. So for Never Again's birthday this year, we're asking you to support our movements, so we can both start the second half of 2020 strong. Every gift made on this page will be automatically split with our partners Cosecha.
