• Fight back against voter suppression laws and unfair redistricting.

1. We're leading the lawsuit against Georgia's voter suppression law.
2. We’re hiring more attorneys to prepare for additional lawsuits in other states with bad voting bills coming up in their 2022 legislative session.
3. We’ve sued the State of South Carolina for stalling on its duty to redraw district maps that properly and equitably reflect the results of the 2020 Census. 

• Fight back against the spread of COVID-19 misinformation. 
• Advocate for economic policies to assist Black entrepreneurs and workers.
• Fight for reimagined policing.
• Hold corporations accountable.
