As a graduate of I.C. Norcom High and Virginia Union University, a historically Black University in Richmond, Nadarius knows the importance of a good education. Nadarius also understands college isn't for everyone, especially in Hampton Roads. A more substantial investment in vocational programs and trade schools is among the top priorities.
