Gentle Yoga with Dr. Hill

Treat yourself to a restorative yoga class designed to melt away stress!

Delight in gentle movements, stretching, and guided meditation. We will draw focused attention to our breath and indulge in restorative poses. This practice will help calm your nervous system and bring relaxation to the mind as well as the body. 


No prior yoga experience is required to take this class, all levels are welcomed. 


Dr. Hill specializes in using yoga and meditation for conditions that are supported by her training in psychotherapy—stress management, life transitions, self-esteem issues, life balance, and emotional wellness.


If attending in person (15 person max) please bring warm socks and a blanket. We will offer hot toddies or cocoa, and sit by the fire pit after our yoga practice.


All proceeds will go to benefit the re-election campaign of State Representative Park Cannon.
