Our goal is to raise $10,000 by December 2023 for a dedicated vehicle repair fund to support the extensive vehicle repair bills of our Field Team. Their year-round organizing efforts in rural and tribal communities in northeastern Arizona are irreplaceable and this work is hard on cars and trucks.
+ Rural and tribal voters made a measurable impact in the 2022 Midterms and investment is still key. Consistent engagement and voter education is critical for 2024 and beyond.
+ Northern Arizona tribal outreach was vitally important to turning Arizona blue in 2020.
Our team logs thousands of miles every year on some of the roughest rural roads imaginable. But there is no other way to meet rural, tribal voters where they are and our local organizers are the only folks who can accomplish this kind of outreach.
Our overall program funds voter engagement, on-the-ground efforts, communication outreach, and salaries for Native field organizers on Navajo, Hopi, and Apache lands. The Northeast Arizona Native Democrats is a coalition of the Navajo, Apache, and Coconino Democratic Committees.
