The object of the Nebraska’s Right To Cannabis petition is to amend the Constitution of the State of Nebraska by adding a new section 32 in Article I which states:

"All persons twenty-one years of age or older have the right to use all plants in the genus Cannabis."

To protect this right, we are launching a $2.3 Million mobilization fund, in stages. We are calling on our community, our business partners, and every advocate for liberty to fund the "Ground War" required to get this language on the ballot and into our Constitution.
