Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to NewDem Figures Vargas Stelson Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
All contributions will be allocated evenly between the participants. Contributions from an individual will be allocated up to $3,300 each to Committee to Elect Shomari Figures for Congress; Vargas for Congress; and Friends of Janelle Stelson, for use in the candidate’s general election and up to $5,000 to New Democrat Coalition Action Fund. Contributions from a PAC will be allocated evenly between all participants, up to $5,000 each for use in the general election.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting janica@pcmsllc.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
