Constitutional Amendment Initiative
We are a group of parents and families that have been affected in some way by illnesses that have not responded to traditional therapies and pharmaceuticals.
People living in legal access states are having great success and relief from pain and suffering caused by chronic disease.
What can you do to help? Your contribution can bring a Constitutional amendment to the ballot for a vote of the people in November of 2016. This will be a statewide initiative which will take hard work and nearly 1.5 million dollars to acquire the number of signatures necessary. Therefore, we are asking for donations to cover the costs to run a successful campaign.
Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
