Unfortunately, many of our friends and neighbors are experiencing heightened food insecurity during the government shut-down. Northern Grafton County Democrats are endeavoring to relieve the pain on many fronts.
We are collecting donations of non-perishable food at events this month. In addition, we are working with grocers to provide gift cards to families in need. This page was created to collect funds that will be forwarded directly to local area food banks.
Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
Your contributions in support of state entities in New Hampshire are made to ActBlue New Hampshire, a state political committee, and do not constitute earmarked contributions. Final responsibility for distribution of these funds lies with ActBlue New Hampshire's governing board.
Since NGCD is registered as a political organization, your contributions are generally not deductible from taxes, despite their charitable purpose.
