Contribution rules
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
Contributions to NH MA Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
Contributions shall be split evenly between Chris Pappas for Senate and the Massachusetts Democratic State Committee – Fed Fund. Before September 8, 2026, Chris Pappas for Senate may accept up to $7,000 from an individual or non-multicandidate PAC and up to $10,000 from a multicandidate PAC. After September 8, 2026, Chris Pappas for Senate may accept up to $3,500 from an individual or non-multicandidate PAC and up to $5,000 from a multicandidate PAC. The Massachusetts Democratic State Committee – Fed Fund may accept up to $10,000 from an individual or non-multicandidate PAC and up to $5,000 from a multicandidate PAC per year.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting pappas@mbacg.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
