As we approach the 2025 school board elections, Northside ISD needs a board that reflects the values of working people and prioritizes student-focused decisions. Our teachers and support staff deserve safety, dignity, and fair pay. Our students need policies that honor their identities and ensure equitable public education.
However, Texas public education is threatened by harmful legislation like school vouchers and book bans. These laws undermine quality education and democratic principles.
