Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to NJ Dems Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
The first $5,800.00 of each eligible contribution will be allocated to the [Originating Campaign Committee] for the 2022 Primary Election, and then the 2022 General Election, the next $10,000.00 will be allocated to New Jersey Democratic State Committee, for the calendar year in which a contribution is received, and the next $17,400.00 will be allocated evenly among the remaining candidate committees participating in the joint fundraising event for 2022 Primary Election, and then the 2022 General Election resulting in a total combined contribution amount of $33,200.00 per person per year limit. For multi-candidate PACs: The first $10,000.00 of each eligible contribution will be allocated to the [Originating Campaign Committee] for the 2022 Primary Election, and then the 2022 General Election, the next $5,000.00 will be allocated to New Jersey Democratic State Committee, for the calendar year in which a contribution is received, and the next $30,000.00 will be allocated evenly among the remaining candidate committees participating in the joint fundraising event for 2022 Primary Election, and then the 2022 General Election resulting in a total combined contribution amount of $45,000.00 per multi-candidate PAC per year limit.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting chris@pattonprocessing.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
