Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to NJ Dems Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
A. For Individuals:
1. The first $3,300.00 eligible of each contribution will be allocated to the Originating Campaign Committee for the 2024 General Election.
2. The next $10,000.00 will be allocated to New Jersey Democratic State Committee, for the calendar year in which a contribution is received.
3. Any additional funds will be allocated evenly among the remaining candidate committees participating in the joint fundraising event for the 2024 General Election.
4. The combined contribution amount results in a total of $23,200 per person per year limit for 2024.
B. For multi-candidate PACs:
1. The first $5,000.00 of each eligible contribution will be allocated to the Originating Campaign Committee for the 2024 General Election.
2. The next $5,000.00 will be allocated to New Jersey Democratic State Committee, for the calendar year in which a contribution is received.
3. Any additional funds will be allocated evenly among the remaining candidate committees participating in the joint fundraising event for the 2024 General Election
4. The combined contribution amount results in a total of $25,000.00 per multi-candidate PAC per year limit for 2024.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting ldecot@mbacg.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
Contributions or gifts to NJ Dems Victory Fund are not deductible for federal income tax purposes.
