I-2109 is hedge fund millionaire Brian Heywood’s attempt to repeal the capital gains tax and avoid paying what he owes. If it passes, Washington will lose billions of dollars in funding for childcare and education. It will make our child care crisis worse and shift the tax pressure to small businesses and working families. 


Chip in now so we can defeat this initiative and preserve our state’s investments in children and families – and stop mega-millionaires from rigging taxes for themselves.
